Human Centered Design

How do you design with a human centered process? (Under construction)
I've spent the past months learning about Human Centered Design, User Experience and all the methods that allow designers to create products, interactions, and services that fits with their users, customers and all the stakeholders. I've been through a few websites, followed courses and took a lot of notes. Instead of keeping them for myself, and also to be able to reach them easily, I've decided to create this blog post gathering all the methods I've learnt.
